First let's start with what's an iGen? Generation Z (known as iGen) were born between 1995 and 2012. Unlike any other generation in the past this generation is diverse and because of this they're set to change the world. This isolated and stressed social media driven generation is focused on solving the world's problem. To be an Agent of Change a.k.a Change Agent is in this generation's DNA. The problem is older traditions rooted in systematic behaviors that diminishes their greatest potential. The quest then for iGen is to surround themselves with those individuals, groups, and or organizations with a spirit of innovation who can support their ideas, help them to implement a plan, and execute their creative works that will shift the landscape of our society.
