Who We Are

At AllieKits Network, we are focused on closing the gender gap in the creative arts and helping girls into leadership roles within the creative industry. Our approach is based on four core values that build creativity, support risk-taking, and increase leadership opportunities. We work to ensure equitable access for girls from underrepresented communities by providing platforms that share their voices, shaping a future where girls not only meet but exceed societal expectations. Through AllieKits Network, these girls are guided to become visionary leaders and change-makers.
